Lena Headey to join Sean Bean in HBO's Game of Thrones

Actor Sean Bean who played Major Richard Sharpe will be joined by Lean Hedely of The Sarah Connor Chronicles fame, in HBO's 'A games of Thrones' which is based on George RR Martin popular 'Song of Fire and Ice' series of fantasy books. Lean Hedley is due to be playing the role of queen everyone loves to hate-Cersei Lannister

They will be accompanying Peter Dinklage, Mark Addy, Jennifer Ehle, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, Tamzin Merchant, and Iain Glen in the cast, an addition to a few lesser known and completely unknown actors who have been confirmed for the pilot. No view date has been set for the pilot as yet, and there is no firm promise that HBO will commit to a full series. However with an impressive cast list headed up by Bean and Hedley, this project is definitely being taken seriously.

The strong cast is already creating excitement, but with some of the casting is still to be announced, including the unconfirmed but heavily rumoured casting of Rory McCann as Sandor "The Hound" Clegane.

The show is been adapted and is being produced by David Benioff and Dan Weiss. David Benioff has suggested a 'crappy' tagline for the project could be, "The Sopranos in Middle-earth", which can only get you thinking. If true to the books plot elements that should contain a spot of conspiracy, incest, child murder, corruption, conspiracy, a rival claimant to the throne across the sea, the still-festering legacy of a civil war 20 years before, a growing threat in the North and did I say conspiracy? We should see a show which is much darker than previous fantasy adaptations Sean Bean has starred in.

Production is due to begin in Northern Ireland in October 2009, at Paint Hall Studios in Belfast. It is also rumoured that the BBC will have a financial involvement in the series in a similar way they did with HBO's Rome series.

Green Screen Hollywood - Steps to Building

Indie filmmakers don't have a need to compromise the standard of their art by having sloppy-looking shots all due to the shortage of green screen or "Chroma Key" technology. Hiring a studio that houses one is very pricey and since independent filmmakers are on alittle humble small budget and always on a busy schedule, it could be nice if Chroma Key technology screens could be available and prepared anytime, anywhere. Fortunately , cartable Chroma Key screens can be made. There is not a need to shell out money only to have green screen Hollywood technology. Making a green screen that's's excellent for travel and cost cutting is as straightforward as one, two, and 3.

First, prepare all of the needed materials for the green screen. This consists of two PVC pipes, pipe connectors, clamps, end caps, and naturally, green fabric or green paint. Also make efforts to have safety necessities,eg eye spectacles. 2nd, make attempts to cut two PVC pipes. They need to be the perfect height for the green screen. Do not forget to cut the PVC pipes correctly ; there should be no pointed edges or cracks. Untidy cutting of the PVC pipes might decrease the sturdiness of the final product. Use caution when cutting the pipe--- debris might get into your eyes, so it's best to wear eyeglasses while building the cartable screen.

Make efforts to put end caps at the end of all the PVC pipes. 6th, cut two six-inch parts from the leftover PVC pipe and use them as spacers at the base of the finished frame. Affix it to the pipe connector.

7th, assemble the parts. Use glue to secure the pipe connectors to one section of the PVC pipe so that they'll be prepared for travel. Make efforts to apply glue properly so no parts will fall off during transit. Ultimately, get the clamps and attach the green fabric to the top sides of the frame. Put the fabric properly so it will fall nicely. There should not be any creases when the fabric hangs. Now, even the indie filmmaker can use green screen Hollywood technology. A cartable Chroma Key screen is another tool that will help a low budget flick gets higher quality. - 29967

Are Loud Motorcycle Pipes Really That Big Of A Problem In The World?

I have been reading and hearing allot lately about people who are saying that loud Motorcycle Pipes are a major problem in the world. These groups are trying to get those in Government to pass all sorts of new inspection laws for Motorcycle Pipes.

Seeing as Motorcycles make up such a small percentage of the Traffic on the road I would say this problem is very minimal at best. ( I wonder how many cars with bad mufflers are heard that many think are Motorcycles)

These people complain saying Motorcycle Riders like loud pipes because they are juvenile and want to show off and say Hey look at me and draw attention to themselves.

The reason many Bikers like loud pipes is not to say look at me, its to say look out for Me! Many Car drivers these days are talking on the phone, texting , putting on make up , eating , playing loud music , watching Dvds and just not paying attention to the road in front of them. If your in a car an you get hit ,You may get a dent in your car, We could Die! (Nothing enjoyable in life is completely safe)

These groups against loud pipes know gathering citizens together to complain is very easy , if they ask people while they are sitting around all summer long bored "Have you ever heard a Loud Motorcycle Go By?" they are going to say yes they Have!" These groups are then going to talk about how annoying these Motorcycles are and convince these bored people how much better their lives would be if these Motorcycles where gone! These bored people are going to jump right on board!

But now ask these same people when was the last time you heard a loud Motorcycle go by? They will probably hard pressed to find an answer! Was it Weeks ago? Months ago? was it Two years ago?

There are already laws on the books in every state that say a Motorcycles pipes can only be so loud! We do not need new laws on the books that most officers will do nothing about while others will abuse !

This Country spends too much time whining about things! Lets stop and think about Motorcycles. Motorcycles prevent traffic, They prevent wear and tear on the roads, They are great for saving Fuel. They are also a great relaxer, Those who Ride Motorcycles are a lot less stressed!

If people stopped complaining about Motorcycles and went and rode a Motorcycle they might not be so bored with their lives and they would have something better to do with their time!!!

Those who Ride enjoy Life a lot More, This is like therapy and religion all rolled up into one for us! Please do not bring the stress and problems of your dull boring lives into our world !
